- What city do you live in
- I was born and raised in the Kansas City area and lived there up until June 2008 when I took a job in the Chicago area. I now live in Wauconda, which is about 45 miles northwest of Chicago.
- Where do you work and what do you do
- I work for Baxter Healthcare as Manager, Regional Support Services. I'm responsible for Baxter's desktop support outsourcing program.
- Tell us about yourself
- I am a results-oriented, customer service focused IT Executive with nearly 20 years of internal IT experience in a Big 4 accounting firm, broad knowledge of IT operations and extensive experience in desktop computing and end-user support. My experience includes defining and implementing process improvements and best practices around PC lifecycle management, end-user support, training, and print management. My expertise is in maximizing investments in and improving operational efficiencies of computer and printed output related equipment and services. I’ve managed an IT organization consisting of a $40 million budget, 8 direct reports and 125 staff across 36 offices supporting 11,000 end-users. My strong interpersonal skills have been a key factor in building and maintaining solid relationships with business unit and department leaders, end-users, vendors and within all levels and departments of the IT organization.
