An online site for Kansas City - Finally, a place just for you...

Dear Prospective Team Member:

This informational letter is about BNI, a unique organization, specializing in business referrals among members. What makes this a unique organization?

Last year, members of BNI passed over four million referrals, which generated over a Billion dollars worth of business for the members! BNI is a business and professional networking organization that allows only one person per professional classification or specialty to join a chapter.

Belonging to BNI is like having dozens of sales people working for you, because all of them carry several copies of your business cards around with them. When they meet someone who could use your products or services, they hand out your card and recommend you. It's as simple as that! It's simple because it's based on a proven concept called "givers gain". If I give you business you'll give me business and we'll both benefit as a result.

The most successful chapters of BNI are comprised of participants who are sincerely committed to helping one another through networking. They are a team. As a participant in BNI, you are responsible for complying with the policies and guidelines of the organization. A partial list of the policies of BNI is listed below:
• Only one person from each professional specialty is permitted to join a chapter of BNI.
• All participants should represent their primary occupation, not a part-time business.
• Attendance is critical. If you cannot attend a meeting, you may send a substitute.
• Participation in the chapter by members is a key to the success of a group. Members can participate by bringing bona-fide referrals and/or visitors to their BNI chapter.

If you like to apply to participate in BNI, your application will be reviewed by the chapter's membership committee, and you will be notified of the status before the next meeting.

Would you like to increase your business by 20%, 30%, 50% or more?
You can see results like this! Many have.

BNI provides a structured and supportive system of giving and receiving business.
It does so by providing an environment in which you develop personal relationships with dozens of other qualified business professionals. By establishing this "formal" relationship with other people, you will have the opportunity to substantially increase your business.

If you are interested in growing you business and if BNI sounds like a possible fit for you, please let me know. We hope to set up a get acquainted meeting sometime over the next month or two. We would love for you to be in attendance.

Sincerely,
Shane Burt
