February Community Networking Event

Following up on a wonderful January event in which over 225 attended we are excited to announce our February speaker.

Scott D. Perron is the President of Big Bob’s Flooring Outlets of America based in Overland Park, Kansas. Since July of 2008 Scott has overseen the three corporately owned Big Bob’s Outlet stores in the Kansas City market while concentrating on new member development for Big Bob’s of America the Kansas City based franchisor of forty five locations in twenty three states. Through his current implementation of best practices in 2009 the corporate stores experienced a 37% increase in sales over the previous year. A native of Connecticut growing up in the family business he successfully owned and operated several retail flooring stores from 1993 to 2008 where he was the recipient of the Connecticut Floor Covering Association’s Person of the Year Award in 2001 and President’s Award in 2007. Scott’s passion for training and mentoring others has driven him to become an accomplished columnist for the national publication Floor Covering News and a public inspirational speaker having addressed thousands of retailers over the last seven years. In addition he is President of the Kansas City Networking Group and a member of multiple networking groups.
